Default turbo or all motor?

ive spent all night trying to figure out which is better for a del sol S model...no vtec included. would that engine be worth turboing or should i swap it?

i just wanna go fast...like h22 fast, without the h22

swap it. I just finished my b16 swap in my del sol and love it. it would be even sweeter with a gsr or for that matter an h22. but if thats not in the budget turbo it they do pretty well for themselves.

umm.... what?

Depends on what you want; Street/Daily driver? Autocross? Drag racing? track/road racing? . Personally i like a well built and boosted LS motor, but thats just my opinion. Do your homework and research the subject.

no wonder why their called del slow's. lol.

boost

If you go with a swap I'd also recommend an LS w/ a b16/GSR trans for a good daily with some extra power and torque that the b16 doesn't have.

LOL

Yeah, 25 lbs is seriously cutting down on your 60'. That 100hp and 60 tq over the d16 probably couldn't handle it.

another topic previously discussed. it is said that the b16 flows better. but if there is any improvement over the gsr it is minimal and you cant tell.

Putting a b16 head onto an ls block will not just flow better you get vtec... hence ls-vtec... but anyways if i were you and your looking for the speed of an h22 just piece together a turbo kit with a t25 dsm turbo and you should would be able to kill an h22

ok if you dont want turbo but you want speed it all depends on your budget... build an ls-vtec then they can be monsters if built right
