Default New clutch problem

any help i would appreciate, i have a 91 crx si (d16) i just put in a new stock clutch and drove fine for a day then now wont disengage at all and if you start it in gear it lurches bad.

also on top of that i was trying to see if the cable was broken and i heard a snapping noise when i pushed in the clutch, i think its the spring on the clutch pedal itself... if anyone thinks they knoa anything that could be wrong please let me know.
