Default HID problem <searched>

i searched for a similar problem and i just got https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1879881

well this is my problem i got S-Zero hid kit from the dealership i work at. got it for a pretty good deal. they are the H4-2 bulbs. i got them all connected i turned the lights on. they both flickered and one turned on, the other didnt. i tried again the other one turned on this time but not the first one. so i turned the switch off, flipped it to high beam then turned on the lights and they work. i flip the switch back to low beam and one or the other goes out. i tried futzing with the wires. right now i have it wired my high beams are always on. no one has flashed me yet but i would like to know whats up.

it only came with the bulbs, ballasts, connectors, and wires to run from the bulbs to the ballasts. it gets it power from the normal headlight plugs. its supposed to be grounded on something?

then you got a crappy ebay type kit. Hids running on your car should always be powered by a wiring harnass in order to ensure safe usage from your car's stock wiring harnass.

With the new wiring harnass you will actually only use one of your stock plugs into the wiring harnass.

Check suvlights.com, they sell the wiring harnass for the h4 hids.

HIDs arent supposed to be powered directly from the low beam or high beam wiring harness or you'll burn them out. the HID kit i got has to be hooked up directly to the car battery.
