Im having a issue with my hid kit in my 95 integra. I have had the kit for bout 3 4 years. My driver side hid barely lights up and turns right off. Pass side is fine. I checked the chassis headlight ground to ensure good connection and still doesn't help. So before I start ordering parts what do you guys think the problem could be. Ballast or bulb? Got pulled for it last night and got a fix it ticket for a out headlight.

 

I'd try swapping the ballast from side to side, and if the problem switchs over, then it's the ballast, but if it continues to happen to the driverside, I'd check out the bulbs.
