i have a 99 Honda Civic EX Turbo Vtec. well i have a T3/T4 turbo. i been having lots of trouble with the way the oil is regulated. one day as i was driving i noticed that i wasn't getting any boost and when i was at a red light or parked it smoked a lot from the exhaust. so i checked out the intercooler to see if anything was wrong with it and i noticed that there was oil coming out of one of the intercooler pipes. so i loosened the clamp and a pool of oil dripped to the ground. the blow off vaulve isn't kicking in and my turbo boost gauge doesn't show me getting boost. if anybody can help me or know how to fix it please let me know.

idk much about turbos but it sounds like ur leakin oil from inside the turbo into the ic piping. and if ur not boosting at all id say ur turbo seal is bad or something and preventing it from turning. sounds like a bad turbo to me.

 

sounds like somebody forgot to run an oil restrictor and blew some seals.... turbo could be in bad shape now.
