How to fix overheating problems?

Default How to fix overheating problems?

well my heat gauge like wen i drive for +30 mins. let it cool. and drive for liek 5min
it overheats and soemtimes the engine doesnt even start. what could the problems be? my coolant is full

Is the fan activating? Did you try to "burp" the system?

start your car in your driveway and pop the hood. Now stare at it for 10-20 minutes while it idles and wait for the fan to activate. Check your temp gauge periodically and see where its at. Come back and let me know what happens in the time period and we can go from there.
