Confused on setting timing.
I have the gun set at 16º, am I supposed to line it up with the one in the middle of the group of 3? Or is am is it supposed to be at 0º and line it up with the middle?
EDIT:
Ok found my problem I guess, now how do I fix it...
When I'm at the red mark the cams are up side down?

Now when the cams are right, the crank pulley is off...

There are 2 sets of marks on the crank pulley. A single white mark to indicate top dead center on the #1 piston, and 3 red marks to indicate 16 +/- 2 degrees before top dead center (BTDC). On most inductive timing lights, you would use the 3 red marks (the middle one being 16), but since you have a gun with advance, you can do it 2 different ways, whichever one you like.
Either:
1) Set the gun to 16 degrees advance and use the single white mark, or
2) Set the gun to 0 and use the three red marks.
Whichever one you feel comfortable with. Or you could do it both ways as a double-check after you set it with one method.

Why is that i cant get it in the middle when i have the gun set at 0? i never took off the dizzy but i did take out the cam and just pushed off the timing belt.

Yeah it was, luckly I didn't drive it atleast
Need to tighten up the tension on the belt some how. the intake side is pretty loose, i can slide it back and forth on the cam gear.
