Default New to boosting need opinions

Well im trying to turbo my d16z6 with a goal of hitting 250-300 hp and right now i have a precision s32 turbo. Is this a good turbo for what my goal or is it too much? any comments would help.
Set up:
Precision sc32 turbo
Intercooler and pipping
Blitz Blow off valve
Cast iron manifold from ebay
Tial waste gate
manual boost controller
3" down pipe
and zex 59300 cam
still deciding on what to tune with also.
Sorry im still new to boosting so any advice would help.

Oil lines, sandwich plate, turbo timer, wideband, boost guage, oil pressure guage, other guages, vaccum manifold. <--not all nesassary but helpful. As for tuning Hondata, Crome, Neptune.

that turbo comes in 2 trims if i'm not mistaken, 42 and 63 trim? correct me if i'm wrong, but if all you want is 250-300 hp you can go with the 42 trim and it will spool well and hold power.
