necessary to run ARP HB, Cam gears etc, help on fuel system??
Im boosting my stock b16b very soon.
Ive got my turbo kit sorted. And im aiming for 280whp to 300whp.
The mielage on the engine is around 35,000 miles, and when i got it imported from japan the Vtec lobe hadnt been worn at all, so you can tel this car has never been thrashed.. till i got my hands on it hahaha.
Anyway...
I was thinking about leaving everything stokc INC the HG.
But if i have to do the cam gears so timing can be worked on when tuning... then its necessary to remove the head to put new cam gears on... Then while im there i might aswell do new head bolts and thicker head gasket... NO???
Also what do people reccomend for my fuel system?
Im going to run 440cc injectors with a walbro pump...
What FPR should i run? and am i missing out on anything else? Do i have to buy an AEM Fuel rail???
Please point me in the right direction
THANKS A LOT!

you don't need to remove the head to change the cam gears. and you can run the stock fuel pressure reg and rail just fine. i would get at least 550's for the injectors though.

if everything is gonna be stock i really don't see why you would want cam gears. use that money for something else. just slap some 550's and go get tuned
