trouble taking driver side axle/half shaft off

Default trouble taking driver side axle/half shaft off

Like the title say the driver side axle/half shaft is being a bitch. I got the passenger side wit no problems, but the driver wont come out. I already got the 2 bolts that is holdingin the half salf to the block and tried to pry it out. Is there ne other ezer way to do this

Thats because there are 3 bolt two on the bottom on one on top kinda like a triangle, try that and it should make it alot easier to come out

well i might of took 3 bolts out, did it like 3 weeks ago, well im thinkin of usin a mini sledge hammer to hit it out.

My '87 is a bit older, but I had to replace my half-shaft awhile back.
I used a large (and I mean large) 18" standard flat screwdriver to separate the shaft from the Transaxle. I slowly turned the shaft while prying it loose. It's in there pretty good, but if you get the blade of the screwdriver in and slowly rotate prying on each side, it should break free.
You could tap it with a large rubber mallet, but I would use caution on whacking the crud outta it.
