Default I keep blowing my Instrument panel/Taillight/stop light FUSE "10"

okay you guys i keep poping my fuse that controls the lights for my cluster and my taillights/stop lights! i dont know whats going on! someone please help me on where i should start on fixing this problem? any relays? Please LMK ASAP this is my DD thank you for reading any links too similiar problems will be very helpfull.

car is a 1994 honda civic CX
b16a2 motor(OBD1)
alarm(doesnt work right now dont know whats wrong with it?)
cd player
integra DC cluster/Dash Swap

I can tell you that it's probably a short someplace...where I don't know.

probably a short...i remember i had a problem with the wiring in my drivers side headlight wiring, it would always go out and blow bulbs and sure enough every time my cluster would go too. I fixed the wiring to the headlight and havent had a problem since

I would go with the rest of the guys saying it's a short somewhere. check behind your fuse box and follow the wire that goes to fuse 10 and take a look. Does the fuse blow at random, or have you noticed a certain pattern/process in how/when it blows.

the fuse blows as soon as i put/plug the new fuse in and turn the key?....

k im gonna go check out my radio/cd player harness! i know there's a couple of wires that are pre cut and i didnt have too use.!

i was blowing the same fuse for a while once and it turned out to be because there was a wire from the radio harness that was shorting the circuit.

Okay my fuse isnt blowing anymore and the cluater lights are working but now my Taillights arent working? what should i look at now?

taillights Dont work you guys! but cluster lights work? i thought this fuse was hookep up to them all/? LMK ASAP
