normal idling whe cold?

i recently cleaned the iacv and now when i crank it up in the mornings, the rpm is at 1200-1300 when cold?..and takes longer to warm up?....

yeah i did, i had to raise my idle on the TB
when warm it idles at 800 or so, and when the temp is at 50 or 60 it starts up at 1200-1300
just wondering if that's bad
