I have a problem with my b20/vtec ,,
it only works when the engine is cool and everitime I turn the car off then I start it again then it will work but for a period of 5 minutes , after that no vtec , is wierd bc I tried 2 diferent pressure switch and still the same focking problem I know it has to do something with the ecu or the wiring bc I dout its the pressure switch

After the 5 minutes period time, do you get a check engine light?

or do you have a check engine light as soon as you turn your car on?

Maybe your loosing oil pressure once it heats up...

What codes is it throwing?

 

change oil,
which oil ur using, As i can see when the car warms up oil become thin. thats where your having problem,

I havent check just yet I left my car in my job ill look at it tomorrow

 

any other idea after i change my oil ? i mean I dont think is the oil bc let say we are driving and we turn the car then turn it back on on quickly ,then vtec would work but for a few moments

did you check your oil? you never said you did or not vtec works by oil, oil preassure. do you floor it everywhere shifting at redline?

 

Does your speedo work? Which Codes are you throwing??
