Sleeved GSR or LS block?
Lets say you have to pick which one to get sleeved, which block would you choose? I was thinking a ls block for the bigger crank but gsr for the oil squirters. I heard when you run Arias pistons and other pistons of the same material, oil squirters isn't even necessary. I can't decide wether to sleeve my gsr block or ls block. Pick one. Of course LS will be ls/vtec. I searched and didn't find anything.

u dont need the oil squirters with forged pistons
get a sleeved gsr so u dont have to waste money on an LSVTEC kit.

Exactly.. doesnt the GSR have a factory girdle too?

Yup

Yup
then sleeve the LS block and sell the GSR since its worth more money. the girdle is worthless imo, ive seen a lot of people do prefectly fine without one. oil squirters are not needed for ur forged pistons.
Keep the gsr block just so you dont have to run that external oil line....especially since you will be turbo you dont want a million lines back there (vtec oil, turbo feed, oil pressure)...i would just use the gsr block....it has oil squirters as well but there pointless on a built motor, they help cool a cast piston but since you will be forged which can take alot more heat dont worry about it.

perfectly fine making small power maybe. 10k rpms and 5-600whp i would feel alot safer with a girdle.the gsr block is better period.
