Intermediate Wiper Not Working

My intermediate speed for my wipers is not working though medium and fast are. What would cause this?

Your switch or integrated control unit (ICU)

The ICU (relay) is behind your fusebox.

ur delay box (controls wiper delay) sounds like it's bad :-\

Mine, had did this and a ground wire had come loose under the dash. check for any loose wires
