can oil back-up into turbo,due to oil drain line?

can oil back-up into turbo,due to oil drain line?

im not sure about my drain line,it drains down from the turbo,then levels out w/the oil pan drain,any info would help?Thanks

how high is the inlet into your oil pan? its very important that it comes out above the oil line
