Stock compression ratio with FI

You can run with the stock compression. I don't know of anyone using a JRSC on a built motor.

Batoutahell also ran a JRSC for a long while, until it was stolen and ran dry (no oil) in a car chase.

Yes, it is fine to run on stock compression. I wouldnt boost past 10psi on a unmodified blower not necessarily due to reliability issues, but rather due to diminishing returns. Reliability is in the tune. That being said, I would use a tuneable engine management system, larger injectors (unsures you will not overtax your OEM injectors, and leaves room for growth), and an adjustable FPR in lieu of the FMU.
EDIT: I did not mention a 255lph fuel pump because it is included with the JRSC kit for the ITR.
