i did, and this is more for what to expect with little to no mods to the engine. not what people are getting on their setups. plus, many people, especialy in town ask about the stock tranny on a b block. a DX tranny is not half bad if you are going to leave a b18b stock and use it as a peppy runner.

I wasnt aware that you could run a D tranny with a B motor??... lol....

d-tranny on a b-motor is not possible is it? maybe theres an adpater like the b-tranny onto h-motor, but even if there was, that would be the most idiotic combo ever. You can find a LS tranny for dirt cheap and practically all d-series trannys have insanely long gearing which would make your acceleration = crap

you don't understand at all do you? there's already a list of different setups (except for the tranny part ) and times similar to yours in the DOHC 1/4 Mile thread. also, if you really are such a drag fan, you should already know that a whole sh!tload of track conditions will depend on a person's time, and including a driver's skills.

oh yeah and if you can prove that you're running a D-series tranny on a B-series block, it would sure humor us lol. we just might learn something new for the day hahaha..
