Default QUESTION REGARDING MY TURBO!??

I just installed a TB0357 Saab Turbo w/ a/r .42 compressor, a/r .48 turbine, and .45 trim Manifold w/ external wastegate mount Tial Wastegate at 11.6psi.

My problem is that I seem not to be getting the full "potential" out of the turbo and I'm only getting about 4 Ibs. of boost out of it..... also there seems to be oil coming from somewhere around the turbo housing... anyone know what the problem is?

If you are running a big feed line (larger than -3AN) use a .065" restrictor (search). Also, make sure your drain line has no kinks, and comes down at a nice angle.

Check for loose clamps on your charge piping, check for any rips/tears/holes in your couplers.

Oil would come out everywhere lol.

Not really but over time it probably would. They can't drain fast enough and the oil is still being pushed into the cartridge so it has to go somewhere, it finds the weakest point which is the seals and pushes out into the downpipe and compressor housing. Makes for lower octane and bad spark plug life plus a **** load of smoke.
