Default Turbo lubrication problem?

I just put in a T3 .60 trim in my '94 rs integra and when i get on the throttle, i hear like a slight scratching sound coming from the turbo. My guess would be the compressor wheel not getting enough lubrication from the oil feed. This whole project was custom so I ran a 1/4" copper oil feed line from the oil pressure sender and a 1/2" return line from the turbo to the oil pan. Could the feed and return measurements be too small? Just don't want to mess up a really good turbo, thanks.

whats the shaft play like? and what condition was the turbo in?.. typically the turbo would lock up if not lubed enough.. it spins in excess of 50,000 RPMs.. so without oil.. it'll just lock up

Figured it out, i didn't mount the actuator for the for the internal wastegate because of there's no room between the turbo and the rad, so the noise is coming from the wastegate flap when i hit the gas

Thanks
