something wrong with my jdm motor

Default something wrong with my jdm motor

I have a jdm h22 motor some time it bog when v-tec hit at 45 thousand rpm. I cant find the cause of the bog that is slowing down car. Anybody have any info on the cause???? really need???

you got any CELS, and have you done any mods, my jdm h22 bogged when i did the swap too at first but i put it a new autozone 02 sensor and got the ignition timed, everything ok now but still not yet great...

Thanks for the tip, but I have a brand new o2 on my car. My car run perfect when I warm it up and the v-tec work perfect. But after driving around for about ten to twenty minute my car start bogging when v-tec hit.

check your fuel filter
jdm huh look at the oil pan close, alot of jdm h22s i see have crushed oil pans pressed on the oil pickup unit = low oil pressure = no vtec
you sure vtec is turing on ? what ecu you running ??

45 thousand rpm? Holy crap that's bad ***! I want one seriously!

Why would VTEC turn on at 4500rpm anyways it's doesn't come on that low. It's like 5500rpm or something for stock I believe. The IABs turn on about 4500rpm though.

I'm using a 94 gs-r ecu that why my v-tec hit at 45 thousand rpm. just yesterday my engine check pop up and I check the cod and read that its my oil pressure. but I have enough oil and I check my oil pan everything it in good shape. any info????

has the ecu been programmed for a h series?
