What can happen if you drive your car and your wastegate is not all the way shut?
I need to know all the bad con's..

Like will the turbo over boost or spin harder becasue it hasnt reacched its peak yet.

if wastegate is open you will be losing boost

technically you wont be loosing boost because it wont ever make that boost it could of been making. you should be fine driving it, you'll just have boost lag

Think about it, .............exhaust heat being bypassed.

you wont make as much/boost and have an exhaust leak out of the dumptube

the turbo cant overspin from that...it takes exhaust gas to spin it and by having the wastegate open your letting the exhaust out before it makes it to the turbo. If you disconnect a charge pipe then you can overspin the turbo.
