Default Trouble Shifting Question

I have trouble putting my car into gear sometimes and when I'm shifting it doesn't run through the gears smoothly like it used to. I had a tranny lube leak that I had fixed a while ago and it is full of honda transmission fluid. It still behaves like that. What else could it be?

Was it all of a sudden or kind of a gradual thing. Possibly shifter bushings?

Also -is it only in the higher rev's or is it just about anytime?

Meaning, if you drive it, and try to shift at 3k, feel okay? How about 5K, and 7k?

They all feel fairly sticky. I'm actually getting new shifter bushings right now, so if that's it I'll be solving the problem.

It's a low milage tranny that I got with an hmotors swap. Can the synchros go if you run it low on lubrication for a little bit?

Yes they can and make sure your clutch cable is adjusted correctly as well but if you ran it low on fluid it could be damaged but I doubt it unless you beat it a lot while it was low.
