Legacy = garbage.
If you only have $60, you are better off buying something used. Even a good quality, 15 year old used amp is going to be better than a new Legacy amp.

because you have them wired out of phase.
you know $60 can get you a pretty nice steak dinner...but not an amp. some food for thought.

you have one of the subs wired up correctly, one of them not. if u have the speakers wired in series, make sure its from the + of the amp to the + of one sub(either one) then run the - of that sub to the + of the other sub then the - of that sub to the - of the amp.
If you have them wired seperate, make sure the + of both subs are running from the + terminals and the subs -'s are running to the - terminal of the amp.
If you have them wired out of phase, one sub will push out, while the other sub pushes in....adding those 2 directions = zero....which means when 1 sub goes in and the other goes out at a specific instance, it cancels the sound out.

I have the 2 channel 2400 watt. I would hit 145+ db. But the question is are legacy amps good and the answer is no. The are cheap low quality distorted amps. If you are serious about car audio get a class d amp. Thats what i would do.
