1- Yes your 99 Civic, [if that is what it is] will need a second ign. [yellow in car]

2- No your car does not need a second acc.

3- It is the output from the relay and gets connected to your cars 2nd ign. wire, [yellow] the Green/red, [pin 7 CN1] is ign. 1, [connects to cars black/yellow ign. 1 wire]

Yes you car needs that relay for 2nd ign. I hope this helps, feel free to IM me if you need more help. 94

Got it installed and it is working. I couldn't find the wire for the trunk trigger though. On my sheet is said it is a blue/black wire in the dirvers kick, but I can't find it. Any help?

I had no problems at all. As for the factory anti-theft I don't know. The car already had an alarm on it when I bought it and it didn't have the factory remotes so I guess it was removed.

Oh I did a nice job on the hide. The brain I have didn't fit to well there. So I got creative.

Did you find that trunk trigger wire? What year is the Civic? It will be in the bundle of wire going down the driver's door sill. I've had problems finding that wire too so what I do is go right to the trunk latch and check it there. It often branches off into several wires of the same color. Nothing a little time with the voltmeter can't sort out.

The car I'm speaking of didn't have an oem alarm.

I didn't look yet. It hasn't been up on the priority list. I may look tomorrow if the weather is nice again. It is a 99 Ex.

Ok when I attach the negative trunk trigger to the blue black wire on the column, I can't arm the car or lock the doors. I am getting 3 flashes of the parking lights, but when I cut the wire it works fine.

Did you test the wire, if the trunk/hatch light is on and you close the lid the proper trunk/hatch trigger wire will read 12V+, when you open the trunk/hatch it will read ground.

And, [violet/black] of the Compustar. 94

Yeah I did find the wrong one. Stupid mistake by me cuz I didn't check it since it was cold. The oem alarm one is the big green one below the dash correct?

Yes it is normally a green plug with around 12 wires, do not test these wires with a test light, use only a DVM, one of the wires may be a key sense and you can damage the ICU, [no key in ign. chime] 94
