Is this by any chance on a G2? Because since I've had mine, the passenger side has always, and continues to roll up alot slower than the driver, I associate this w/ a going motor.
I would check that on your car before you get into deeper troubleshooting.

Haha, yeah I love that show, anyways, back on topic have you tried looking at the motor? Because, I have heard of those things going bad on tegs, especially the passenger side.

I'm not sure exactly, I looked on https://www.acuraautomotivepar...y.jsp for a digram, I couldn't find one, try a search, or take off the door panel, and take a picture of it, post it here, and hopefully someone can help.

I work at Nissan and the window regulators go all the time and its the same symptoms. When you push the button, do you hear the motor or no? I would take the door panel off and check the regulator cable. Alot of times they get chewed up.
Open and close the door with the button depressed and see if it goes up. If it does, the weather stripping needs to be replaced. Otherwise, if the motor doesn't sound funny or weak, check for loose connection or bad wires.
