aight imma boosting it up within the next month or so, so i wanted to know, out of all the people here with boost on stock internals, how long have u had the boost on ur car? and do u get a lot of problems with internals? without building my block up, how long can i go on stock internals with a good tune at 7psi? thanks

 

Don't even worry about stock internals - sure it can be done....but why?

I say get some rods and mahle pistons and you're straight for 10 psi.

 

i put my turbo/nos injection kit on my stock block last year in january, i have 45,000 miles on it since then....and i burn a few gallons of oil a week, weather dependent....

i just love hearing the BOV man, its soo worth the burnt oil.....but im pissed bc most quick na cars can beat me.....

 

my turbo have been on the car about 11 months and i have been doing 15k worth of driving. I do 100 miles a day. Everything is in great shape right now *knock on wood.
It does burn oil, i have to refill my oil once every 2 weeks, and i added in like 1/4 of a quarts each time.

I've had my turbo kit for 6 months now...

...And I have yet to put the damn thing on the car. Heh.

 

I've had my turbo on for about 6 months and I'm probably going to be putting in some new rods and mahle pistons pretty soon.. I'm burning a ton of oil and have a lot of blow-by. Only running ~5 psi and it's my daily driver. Still runs great though
