Default engine swap

i gots a 96 honda civic hx and was interested in a swap for an ls motor? i hear it'll bolt on with no prob, but is this tha best bang for tha buck?

more than that maybe 400 just for a motor?? never looked into a b18b but your gunna need motor, mount, tranny, ecu and belive axles and shift linkage i belive not 100 percent sure but i know you need a majority of that list

he pretty much hit it on the head... It is not as cheap as alot of people make it out to be, mainly because your going with a Bseries... Expect to spend at least $1000 on the swap IF you do it your self...

I also recommend doing a little bit of research, learn a bit about different swaps, and how much quicker they would make you... That way you can make your OWN informed decisions instead of asking for our Biased ones...

It's going to cost quite a bit more for $400.

yes all of these things will be needed when doing the swap. the mounts will also have to be integra mounts i believe. but this is the set-up i am trying to get in my car but i need mounts and a trans.

probably cost $1200 give or take a hundred. My cousin just sold a complete LS change over for $1000.
