Default Fields V-tec Controller on the Skits...

When I was auto crossing this weekend I usually stay in second gear w/the rpm's close to being in or out of the v-tec range ie; 5k-57k. When I stay in this range for long periods of time the built in rev limiter that came w/the controller seems to kick in and I cant shift past 55k ,and the only way to reset it is to turn the car off and then back on and when racing this can be very annoying; so annoying I turned the dam thing off. I enquired about this very same thing about a 6months ago; and somebody advised to cut the DTM wire and double check the dip switches in the back all have been done and still same problem. Is my controller a defect maybe or does anybody else experience this same problem, or would a Apexi controller be better....please help

you have to cut it and connect it to the field controller.

Make sure you connect the ecu side to the controller
