wiring d15b into 93 ex

Default wiring d15b into 93 ex

i have an ex so its comes with a d16z6 which is already wired for vtec and all that and it started to knock so im buying just another replacement till i can swap to b series.

can i use my stock harness for the d15b or do i have to modify it cuz its jdm or anything

and how does it work with the ecu? do i need to do anything there?

just switch over the harness, you'll be fine, pretty much the same motor

um how come when i searched ppl say you can use your z6 harness and its plug and play and other harness's for civics like dx all you need to do is add vtec wire?

k NM...cause the DX harness are not prewired for v tec, and the DX model dont come with v tec...so there for dx ppl need to add a couple of wires for a vtec motor
