like the title says, could i use a dx, ex, etc. engine harness on this motor? also, is there a difference between the 92-95 si engine harness?

any harness will work, but u will have to add vtec wires to every modle but the EX, and SI. also if u have a 92 u can plug an ex harness into the firewall harness and eveything would be wired up. but in 93 they took out the extra wires for vtec on non-vtec modles so u would have to add it through the firewall to the ecu. hop this helps.

Also, if using a DX harness on an EX/Si car, you need to wire in a MAP Sensor plug. The DX/LX use an external MAP sensor which is mounted to the firewall instead of the throttle body. on the DX/LX models, the plug for the MAP sensor is hardwired to the body of the car (part of dash harness, not engine harness) so if using a DX/LX engine wiring harness, you need to add the MAP sensor plug as well.

ic, thanks, now does anyone have some info how how to do the map sensor wiring. maybe a link or something.
