Default HELP: Turbo leaking oil HAVE PICS

HAVE my turbo is leaking oil i have a picture attached and it is leaking on all 4 sides where i have an arrow, i think it is leaking right through the bolts, any one know why or what i can do

theres supposed to be 4 bolts there from the factory what happend to them, if u want u can weld them shut

i have 3 out of 4 factory bolts, they were on i just took on off in the picture, is there supposed to be like teflon tape on them or something

Those bolts hold the back plate onto the CHRA.

All 4 of them need to be there and torqued down properly in order to put pressure on the compressor seal. If you are missing a bolt or they are not torqued properly the compressor seal will not seal properly and it could cause it to leak.

I would try getting another bolt and tightening them all down. Then if it still leaks you might need a rebuild.

i do have the 4th bolt, i just took it off in the pic, do you need like teflon tape around it, and how many pounds do u torqe it down,
