get rid of the main studs on your list and just get stock bolts... studs are a waise of money.. in your "budget setup".
I don't see injectors on your list.
Take the fuel rail off from the list, and the aem fuel filter.
The pully kits are bs you don't need that just a waiste of money again, and keep your factory crank pulley.
The flywheel is ok but not really needed. The stock one would do a fine job aswell.. again a money thing..

i would ditch the s2 valvetrain and cams if your on a budget. i would also go with a larger trim turbo if you want 400whp.... at least a60 on the comp. the .63 ar is good.... staged wheel by any chance?

you also forgot to tell us what engine your running.

well everything listed is paid for by minimum wage work at good ol' Chuck E. Cheese. the only parts of my setup not purchased yet are the turbo parts. so on a budget i meant im lucky if i bring in a $1000 bux a month. so i didnt want people to start sugesting parts way out of my reach.
