I just have some quick recommendations.
Ditch the blockguard
Get more clutch than a stage 2
No use for turbo cams GSRs make good power
You can't use a CAI with a turbo
Be nice to your crank, ditch the underdrive pulleys and the lightweight crank pulley
An SC34 or 44 should be right on those power levels at moderate boost.

I recommend the SC34, 61 or the Innovative GTS61 makes about 330whp a 10psi with 9:0 pistons. on LS/vtec setup.

if you can afford it ... get

Tilton Metal/metal clutch or Act Extreme
Turbo- Go with precision
get a bigger fuel pump like the big red one (cant remember name right now)
get 3 " down pipe ( could be custom)
Go with Full-Race EM.....

My civic Gsr has close to your set up and I make 485whp @ 25psi.
Un sleeved block with Eagle rods.
I use the pro-drive oil pump gear, stock crank pulley.
DSS stg 3 axles with quaiffe LSD.
I use Haltech though.
I also use Turbonetics Waste Gate, with the same said Precision IC.
My head is fully built but uses stock cams.
I also have over sized throttle body.
I use the Turbonetics 62-1/t3 but I would go Precision next time.

Any Questions lemme know.
