Default tial bov not sounding right

well ive been listening to the tial 50mm bov i have and it just doesnt sound right, im running the stock spring in it and im idling at around 15-17 and at 21-22 when decelerating, is this the problem, im running .6 bar spring and it sounds nothin like the clips ive heard, sounds more like a rattle snake or something

right now im only running 8lbs, but plan to step it up to 1 bar as soon as i get my 3 bar wired in

brian

well, the spring in the bov is a 9 psi spring. you are running only 8psi. what you are hearing is pretty much compressor surge. and its normal for most piston type bov's to be open at idle
