looks like a very well fabricated downpipe.
wrap it just to be safe and use an insulation on the oil return...it really helps if theres any problems...im telling you first hand

If your oil feed line is touching your downpipe you have some serious issues with placement of lines. Downpipe are under a motor, feed lines are above the motor haha.
