Default finished my project... having problems.. :(

hey guys just finished my boost project, this is what i've got,

prescision sc34
2.5" PIPING
inlinepro mani
tial wastegate
spearco intercooler
blitz bov
apexi avcr
doing the hack

ngkre11 plugs
2.5" downpipe
greddy exhaust.
..

only seems like i can hit .50 bar boost.. not even with the avcr off i cant hit anything power seems like?? also the blitz bov sounds like a whisper not like the powerful pssshhht i would like it to? any reason why?? or what bov would make that great sound??

is that what your wastegate spring is??? i havent really messed with an avcr, but is has a selflearning thing where you gotta make boosted runs etc... & check your duty cycle.

my duty cycle is at 50% and the spring is a 6lb spring..

.5 bar is 7 (+/-) psi.
your BOV wont be loud because you are running such low boost. Try boosting 15psi and it'll be loud

If you are hitting .5 bar then you are hitting your wastegate spring then. You might want to adjust the spring on the BOV and it may get a little bit better.

yea try adjusting your bov....maybe its leaking under boost.

is it that my precision sc34 turbo is too big??? shouldnt it hit full boost at like 4k rpm?? if i'm using the avcr.. should i set the duty cycle higher to compensate?? also putting the screw deeper in the bov does that seal it more or open it up more??

and how could i test for a pressure test on the system?
