Default gsr block with aftermarket pistons and stock rods- what's a safe whp range???

this is a turbonetics kit on a stock sleeved gsr 81.5mm motor. it has aftermarket 9:1 forged pistons but stock rods and rodbolts. im just getting some opinions on what the safe whp range would be for a setup like this.

I have to agree with Dunc, wouldn't take it over 300+hp.

I agree. Right around 300 is where you want to limit.

I did this also, just didn't have enough $$ after I blew up my GSR to buy rods also (few years ago, rods cost more then)

I put arias 10:1 pistons in with stock rods/bolts.

I ran 10psi on log mani, 2.5 dp and made around 280whp.

I ran this for over a year and then tore the motor down for a complete build cause now I had money. Rods still looked ok when I pulled them out, maybe a little discolored from a lot of heat but thats it.

It's mind boggling why you wouldn't put some Eagles in there when you tear the motor down to put forged pistons in
