Default Dual wastegate question?

I run a SFP tubular manifold with the HKS standard wastegate and I am having trouble with the boost creeping from around 13 lbs. to 24 pounds by red line. I am wondering if I could make another pipe off of the Manifold and mount another HKS standard wastegate to the manifold to help getting the boost to a more manageble level for launching? I am also running a Greddy Profec B boost controller. The car will hold a steady 27 psi. thanks for the help.

That should work fine. Disconnect your boost controller and run the side port of the wg to manifold pressure first, just to make sure it's not a boost controller problem.

Another option would be to buy a larger wastegate and weld on a new flange. HKS make a nice 60mm gate that would most likely do the trick. Also turbosmart makes a nice 48mm gate. What size turbo are you running?
