Default help with vacuum lines

well, im getting to the point in my swap/boost project where its time to start hooking all the parts together, and frankly, im at a loss as to how to do it. none of the stuff came with directions.

tial wastegate- has 2 ports, 1 on top, one on the side. what goes to what?
tial bov, 1 port, goes to what?
avcr boost controller? im guessing it goes between a vacuum sorce and the wastegate, but which side goes to what?

any pointers would be apprecaited

on the tial. the port on the side goes to manifold

top one goes to boost controller.

other side of boost controller goes to manifold.

hope this helps

i was having the same problems a few months ago and it took me lots of experimentation, and here's what i found on my set up.

the wastegate and the boost controller hook up as follows: i used a greddy boost controller and the 2 ports were labeled com and nc so i don't know what yours are labeled but here's where they go if you figure it out. the top port on the wastegate goes straight to the "com" port on the boost controller. the bottom or side port on the wastegate goes to a good pressure source. i used the charge pipe out of the turbo since my boost controller acually reads off the fpr. but if yours is using this reading to see boost, run this line to the intake or fpr, so its reading accurate boost (aka after the intercooler). the other port on the boost controller comes out and t's into this second line on the wastegate. even if your boost controller isnt' labeled anything like mine, hook it up and then if it isn't working all you have to do is switch the two lines on the controller. that should get your boost controller to work.

and the bov goes to any pressure source, i used an unused one the side of my intake manifold.

if you run across any more questions, i think i tryied everything with mine before i got it to work right, so feel free to ask.
