I swapped a D15B, everything is hooked up and ready to go, but when I turn the key the radiator fan turns on and nothing happens, the car won't start. What's going on?

IVE DONE MANY SWAPS AND IVE NEVER SEEN THIS. I TURN THE KEY AND THE FAN TURNS ON NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS. DOESNT TURN OVER OR ANYTHING. HAS ANYONE EVER SEEN THIS.

 

never heard of that happening before.... maybe miswired something

 

MAN THIS SUX. ANYONE ELSE HELP ME OUT.

 

what type of vehicle is it going into? Anything else besides just the stock d15b? Check and recheck ur grounds...no clicks no crank means no ground half the time...

 

the tranny ground isnt hooked ill check that thanks, but anything else

 

push the clutch completely to the flood, like til theres no more space between the floor and the clutch. some peoples clutches do that, mine was one

hook it up!

 

check all your fuses.. when putting in the new swap, maybe you didn't disconect the battery, and shorted out a fuse.

 

if the tranny ground isnt hooked up, it wont crank. along with the thermostat housing ground.

awsome guys it was the tranny ground. the thermostat one was already hooked up. im putting this jdm d15b for school a temporary motor. im going to UTI in mass. i had a turboed ls bottom end was fully built stock sleeves 16psi. sold that for 2,600 and and i started a frankenstien. sleeved shooting for 22psi.

I went to UTI in cali, god what a waste of money hope yours is better

 

this is a brand new camps it should be awsume.
