Radiator fan runs instead of starter when I try to start.
Anybody run into this problem? When I try to start my ls-vtec eg, the radiator fan starts running instead of the starter. Any help is appreciated.

Are you sure it's the radiator fan and not the A/C condenser fan? Because if you have your A/C turned on, your A/C condenser fan will probably turn on as well.

Has someone put a jumper wire into the connector for the coolant fan switch located on the thermostat housing?
With the transmission in neutral, wire the battery directly to starter solenoid. Does the engine crank now? If so, check the starter switch at the top of the clutch pedal. If not, the starter may be bad.
