does it matter which way the BOV is facing?
right now its facing towards my headlight. i want to face it towards the engine. is that possible?
also, is there suppose to be a gasket between the manifold and the wastegate?

because the BOV is 3 inches away from my bulbs.

it doesn't really matter where the bov faces, what kind of waistgate do you have, i know the hks waistgate needs a gasket but not sure on others, it wouldn't hurt, but unless you are having some kind of exhaust leak it doesn't really matter.

You really dont need a gasket but if you like just go to your local auto parts place and get a tube of cooper paste gasket maker

btw, for the guy that asked, i gotta 35mm tial wastegate. is there suppose to be a gasket?</TD></TR></TABLE>
Some say it's not needed and others (like myself) always use a gasket. I use ATP's. It has a fire ring and it's only a couple of dollars. I've never had any issues w/ exaust leaks either.
