BOV gasket ?
I have a quick question that I couldn't find in the archives...I bought a used vortech BOV, no gasket was included. Can I use something like hondabond or some other liquid gasket, or do I have to use the paper gasket material(such as the 12x18sheets Mr. Gasket sells)?
Im sure you could get by using silicone or something. Or you could always go pick up a sheet of gasket material from the parts store and make your own gasket. Ive made a few exhaust gaskets with cardboard that have worked fine

decided to just go buy some from pepboys even though I hate tha place
1/16" 10x26 gasket material for only 6 bucks. If I was sure it'd work I would've just used hondabond, but since I've never heard of using it on a BOV, I figured why chance it on something as cheap as a gasket for a BOV.
