Default Nothing ever goes right Hondata problem plz help

Car is a 99 si b16a2 with a peak boost turbo kit
p28 ecu hondata 200b

here is the problem i have not started the car ter as i cant but i think it doesnt matter...I have been told 3 different things from 3 people. My problem is my hondata led is blinking and i cant connect my labtop to datalogger it justs keeps connecting.

First guy says its fine is supose to blink as long as its a steady 3-4 sec blink if it blink faster theres something wrong with either the hondata or ecu and if it blinks slower same thing

I called hondata and he says that the basemap is inccorec for my car but would that really make the led flash so he said call my dealer i got it from, and my dealer said what i medntioned above

And everything thing i read on here about it is there is no communication bewteen the too..Iam lost i dont know what i should do

Did you count how many blinks before it repeats the blinking(by a longer than usaul pause)? The blinking is giving out a code.

If everything is correct, when you turn the key on, the hondata box should blink once and stay on (solid).

It will not connect or datalog if it is blinking. It sounds liek you have an incorrect basemap. Contact your dealer or tuner for a basemap and see if they can resolve the isssue. The only other possible probelm is you have a poor soldering job on the ecu you are using. Either way, your dealer/tuner should be able to resolve this for you.

You probably got a blank chip. Each time I got hondata I had that problem.

The chips are always sent blank....your dealer is the one who burns the basemap.
