Hello.
We are building our b16a turbosetups (fully build/goal roundabout 500hp) and are still confused about crankcase/valvecover ventilation.
What do you think about this: ?
Two additional holes in the valvecover with lines that lead to a catchcan with an open breather. And on the rear motor side I wanted to remove the original oil/air seperator box and close the hole with a freezeplug. Then I wanted to replace the original freezeplugs that are in the crankcase by two plugs wtih an open fitting and lead this to a second catchcan with an open breather.
Do you think this is a good and save way?
I know this is a setuo that will smell terrible.
Or is it also ok to replace the open breather on both catchtanks by two lines that lead to the intake side of the compressor? My fear is that this can cause knocking under hard driving conditions.
Better Ideas or solutions?
PS: Excuse my english and yes I already used the search function, but no success.
Thanks
Kevin
