Uhh...........are you turboed/turboing? Or are you making 230-250+ HP on an NA motor?
If you answered no to both questions, the injectors you want are the ones already in there: OEM.
People will need more info; WHICH motor exactly, any other mods you have, any info other than what kind of engine harness you have and what obd motor you have. We dont even know if you are talking about a b or d series motor.

well after i did a search for you
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=704760
if its a '92+ GSR you will need saturated

So, which should I choose?
There are a ton of factors involved in this.
First, power level. If you're going big, there simply won't be a saturated injector that will support your power level. The largest common saturated injecotrs on the market are 550cc, with 440cc being a common "cap" in saturated size. Most boosted people run peak/hold setups for not only their availibilty, but also their ease of upgrading later on if so desired. simply swap the injectors. no need to re-wire again.
so.. i need to run peaknhold since i wanna run 750cc.. this means i have to get a resistor box n all that?.. do i need to get anything else?.. on the rc website it says if u have a 96+ car, u have to get an obd1 adapter or some ****.. but my motor is already obd1..
