Default Official Accord Turbo Thread?

Prelude forum has one, why not one for the F22b1-2, and F23 here? (Hopefully it will not end up being 40 + pages of garbage scattered about 3 pages of good info)

Upon searching, here is what I have found, but it would be nice to call out all the turbo Accords here...

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=505500

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=245204

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=890493

From FI Forum:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1018437

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=955034

I searched and read under "turbo" / "F23" and "Boost" separately. These are the good threads. The rest is knuckleheads.

For some reason, the five letter words only got hits dating from october of this year....

And general info that I read (please correct it if inaccurate):

Exhaust manifolds for F23 and F22b1/2 will bolt up on the block side.

Forged internals are available from JE (any others?)
Rods from Crower
Basic Kits from Fmax and Drag.

With AEM EMS calibrate function, 17 psi is possible stock (dunno for how long) on f23.

Couple of quick questions for you. What size is your wastegate and did you have to use that extension on it to clear the hood? Can you post pics of how your intercooler piping is set up on the driver's side? And, do you know if can use a vortech FMU in conjuction with my Apexi s-afc?

Dude, I think i'm in love. That is one of the best and cleanest accord FI setup I have seen. That is badass man. Now I must know where you got that SS turbo manifold from because I want one and I can't seem to find any. You have f22b just like me and I would love it if you could help me out. I had everything bought except the miscellaneous stuff, but ended up selling them all because of clearence issues. Anyways nice setup bro. HUGE PROPS

Can anyone help me? I got a front mount, for my 97 accord, that takes up the whole lower grille. I got piping for the passenger side but cant figure out how to run the piping to the actual turbo. I was thinking about running it right through the hole where the ac lines go, but my endtanks are in the way. Ant recomendations or pics will help. Thanks

the way Mine are going to be run is across the front of the motor and down through the hole where the windshield washer fluid reservoir is, then down to the intercooler. i bought a johhny race car 6" intercooler and it takes up the hole lower grill just like you said yours does. you can see about an inch of the end tanks on either side of the grill.
I went to custom performance and fabrication in powder springs and they can't work me in till Dec 13th. so I'm all ancy about finishing my turbo.

your not worried about burning the ac lines or the power steering belt. A friend of mine and i mapped out a different way, because i was thinking the same way as you. We're going to run the piping straight down from the turbo and go right, drive side, go alongside the tow hook, and come up beside the water resvoir and into the inteercooler. There is enough clearence so that i wont bottom out the piping. Look inot it and tell me what you think.

Here's my contribution.

typical setup, with a few differences:
Precision GT-3561
JetHot coated Manifold
2.5" dp
2.5" cat
3" exhaust

Running the AFC, it made 224 whp/wtq
Plans are to run 8-9psi hoping to reach my goal of 250 or so, using possibly the Greddy Emanage. Reliable good power is my goal

I will probably end up wrapping the pipe by the power steering pump. or have them coated near the turbo. I took my reservoir out of there so i have plenty of room to run pipes in there.
