Default internal mods for boost

I know that you can run 10 psi on stock internals. But I want more. I am looking for some forged internals to run more boost. any links?

to my knowledge, rings are the biggest concern for 10+ boost....eventually, new rods will be a must.....luckily, u dont have to resleeve the F block for new pistons....BTW: anyone know how much power the F crank can take??

Are you sure that you don't have to sleeve a F block in order to run forged internals? Because I have heard some people tell me that you do have to sleeve your block and some tell me that you don't. (or is that only with the h22) I need to know which is correct!

You dont have to sleeve any block to run forged internals.

depending on how much you want to run you could get away with stock internals...accordfreak was at 14psi i think on stock internals...blocks are cheap so if somethin goes get another

Sorry to jack the thread but while we're talking about internals, does anyone know if the valvetrain parts (talking aftermarket) for an F22B1 will work in the F23A1 head? I asked this ? in another post but no one answered it.

um.....h22 + new pisonts = new sleeves ....F blocks are a dime a dozen....so if u blow one...who cares...there like $200 for the longblock

Rods are going to be probe or crower (unless someone else has started making f22 rods)

Look to raceeng for pistons (like someone else posted)

I did a custom setup using h22 rods

10psi would be fine I guess if I could add a 75hp shot pf nos! Has anyone tried that??? I don't see it happening on stock bottom end; or even a top end for that matter.

i know thats the truth. I guess i am going to turbo at 10 psi And buy another f23 to build ie forged rods pistons, the works. Once the new motor is built then I can use the stocker as a test to see how much the the mf can handle. But I want to price performance parts first.
