I have a stock 94 Integra LS and from looking at it from the front you can see a piece of black plastic hanging down. It always scrapes over low clearance areas on the street and i was wondering if i really needed this piece of plastic?? Would it hurt to take it off??? Thanks

 

thats your wheel-well or however you spell it.....all it does is protect against stuff flying up and hitting what it protects....if you have a CAI thats right there i would leave it otherwise i just cut the part that kept hanging down off and left the rest

 

my 95 SE had the same problem, all i did was buy some black zip ties and fix it back up there

If it's hanging down, I'd find a way to hold it up, it's there for a reason. just my 2 cents

 

just remove it.....the shop that did my turbo removed it cause of my intercooler and downpipe piping......
